About The Book
What Will Lou Do? is about a seven year old boy named Lou Stew. It follows Lou throughout his day and he encounters challenges that any elementary school kid faces. In the moment, he remembers a bible verse he heard and then makes the right choice.
Although this book does have scripture from the bible, it is not solely meant for Christians. The verses can be seen as helpful quotes that any child can use in different situations.
Any child can enjoy this book, but the reading is directed towards 6-8 year olds. Lou was created to be a relatable mentor for everyone to look up to.
The illustrator of the book is my Grandma, Rene Alvarez. It has been a blast working with her and growing our relationship over something we absolutely cherish.
